I work as a Senior Copywriter at Heads Advertising in Sao Paulo and as a Freelancer Creative Director at VidMob.
Prior to that, I have worked for one and a half years at JWT São Paulo (new Wunderman Thompson) as a Creative Director, and dedicated the biggest part of my career working for the Artplan Group as a Creative Vice-President. Artplan is a Brazilian independent agency located in Rio de Janeiro which is in the top 5 biggest agencies in Brazil. Established as a non traditional agency, Artplan developed projects beyond advertising like Rock in Rio Festival, the biggest music festival in the world. He also worked for clients like Domino’s, TIM, Amil ( United Health), L'Oreal Paris, Original Bank, Brazilian Symphony Orchestra, British Petroleum, Caixa Brazilian Bank and Brazilian Ministry of Tourism.
As an Advertising and Publicity graduate, I also hold an MBA in Marketing and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. Throughout my career, I won many national and international awards including Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD, London Festival, New York Festival, Clio and Epica Awards. I also was a member of many advertising festivals juries including Rio de Janeiro Creative Club, Lusos Awards (Event category - President) , El Ojo, Cannes Lions (2014 - Direct jury) and, in 2016, he was member of D&AD jury (Direct). In addition to that, I received in that same year, the only one brazillian Innovation Lions shortlist.
For many years, I gave Copywriting and Strategy lessons for Advertising & Publicity graduation students in Brazil (ESPM e Faculdade Estacio de Sá), but I also taught Rhetoric and Logic to ex-prisoners in a Brazilian NGO, AfroReggae. For the past year, I have been teaching Creativity and Artificial Intelligence at Casa do Saber, a Philosophy School based in São Paulo.
